What is an affiliate network?

An affiliate network connects web shops with affiliates – creators, bloggers, comparison sites and newsletters – who recommend the store’s products through a trackable link. The network tracks clicks and sales, keeps the books and pays out the commission. Affilyflow is an affiliate network from Denmark.

What does Affilyflow cost a web shop?

There is no subscription and no setup fee. You choose your total price per approved sale; the network fee is 20% of that price, and the affiliate gets 80%. The amount is deducted from a prepaid balance (minimum DKK 500 per deposit). Prices exclude VAT.

Does it cost anything to be an affiliate?

No. Creating an account, joining programs and creating links is free. Commission is paid out automatically on the first banking day of the month when your balance is at least DKK 100.

Which web shops can use Affilyflow?

WooCommerce (plugin), Stripe, Smartweb/HostedShop, DanDomain, Shoporama, Webflow and custom-built web shops with our script or from your own server – plus Magento 2, PrestaShop and Shopware 6 via Google Analytics 4. The Shopify app is under review at Shopify.

What is the commission calculated on?

On the value of the goods after discounts – excluding VAT and shipping. Both parties can see, on every sale, which amount the commission was calculated on.

When is a sale approved?

After the program’s approval period of 30, 45, 60 or 90 days. The store can reject a sale with a reason before then; after that it is approved automatically.

Does tracking work if the customer declines cookies?

A click may not be stored without consent when the store waits for consent. But a personal discount code that the store has given an affiliate earns commission without cookies – and the store can see in Setup how many clicks are lost.
