Nine surfaces. One machine.
In practice, an affiliate network is four things: a click that is remembered correctly, a sale that gets reported, a decision that cannot be taken back, and money that moves. Below, each surface is described by its mechanism – what gets locked when, and what does not happen.

The click
The rate, commission type and cookie window are written onto the click. Bots are filtered out immediately.

The sale
Shopify, Stripe, WooCommerce or a script reports the order. The same order can never count twice.

The decision
The sale stays pending for the program’s approval period of 30–90 days. If it is rejected, the store has to write why.

The money
An approved sale is added to your balance. From DKK 100 it is paid out automatically on the first banking day of the month – the server sets the amount.
The surfaces
Nine pages, nine mechanisms.
Each page takes one mechanism and shows what actually happens in the code. None of them is a feature list – they describe what you can count on once you have spent a month sending traffic.
Tracking
BothThe click passes through our own server before the browser reaches the store. On the way, the rate, commission type and cookie window are copied onto the click row itself.
- The commission is locked the moment the click happens
- The attribution window is decided on the server – the client cannot lie about the age of the click
- Known crawlers get neither click registration nor attribution
Links
AffiliateA link carries channel, campaign, deep link and your own sub-ID. The generator catches duplicates, and the QR code is drawn locally in your browser.

Placements
AffiliateYour sites and pages are measured automatically for every click – with HTML links or a small script, without tracking your visitors. Then you can read your earnings page by page.

Integrations

Program terms
StoreYou set the model, total price per sale, cookie window and guidelines – and see the split between the affiliate and the fee before you save.
- The network fee is 20% of your total price – the 80% goes to the affiliate
- Cookie window from 14 to 90 days, set per program
- An ongoing recurring deal cannot be cut afterwards
Approval
BothEvery sale is created as pending. The store has the program’s approval period – 30, 45, 60 or 90 days – to reject it. After that the sale is approved automatically, and refunds can later reverse the commission.
- A conversion never credits a balance automatically
- A rejection requires a reason
- The approval rate is public once enough sales have been decided
Payments
BothThe balance is not a column anyone can write to. It is calculated from the conversions that exist, every time it is shown.
- The payout amount is decided by the server, not by the browser
- The fee is shown separately from the commission – both figures are there
- If a paid-out sale is refunded within 90 days of approval, the balance may go negative. We do not hide it

Questions
What people ask first.
- Can the store change my commission after I have sent the traffic?
- No. The rate, commission type, cookie days and number of recurring months are saved on the click row at the moment of the click and used at conversion. An ongoing recurring deal cannot be cut afterwards either. If the store changes its terms tomorrow, the new terms apply to the clicks that come after that.
- Who pays the network fee?
- The store. The store sets its total price per sale, and the network fee is 20% of it – the 80% goes to the affiliate. A total price of 20% gives the affiliate 16% and 4% in fees. In the store dashboard, the store enters either what the affiliate gets or its total price per sale – the other figure and the split update live before the program is saved. The affiliate only sees their own rate, and the fee is not deducted from it.
- When do I get paid?
- A sale is pending for the program’s approval period – 30, 45, 60 or 90 days, as shown on the program – during which the store can reject it with a reason. If that does not happen, the sale is approved automatically and added to your balance. If your approved balance is at least DKK 100, and your bank and personal details are in place, we pay it out automatically on the first banking day of the month – weekends and public holidays are skipped. The amount is set by the server based on your approved conversions, and we send it by bank transfer. If you do not want to wait, you can press “Udbetal nu” (Pay out now) in the dashboard.
- What does Affilyflow not do?
- We do not track across devices, we do no fingerprinting, and there is no identity graph. There is one attribution model – the click ID the conversion carries – not multi-touch or models you choose yourself. Automatic clawback on refunds happens on WooCommerce and Stripe; on Shopify and other sources it requires a manual rejection.
